Community Bible Study

Irvine CA

Come see what happens in people’s lives when they discover God through the study of His Word, the Bible.Our classes meet weekly during the school year. Each class participant receives a course book with a commentary and home study questions. Each week, you’ll participate in small group discussions and a large group teaching. From time to time, fellowship meals will provide special times of sharing and relationship building within the class.

For 2025-2026, we will study the book of Psalms. We meet on Tuesday mornings from 10:30-12:30 at Pacific Church of Irvine.

We have an online core group which meets live at the same time. Our first day of class is Tuesday September 9, 2025.

We have a Children's Program for children 2 through 6 year olds. Children enjoy Bible stories, songs, creative crafts, and outdoor play.

We do not have a Home School program at this time,

Next Gen Ministry

Through a variety of activities such as Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, crafts, music, games and other activities, we seek to provide a nurturing environment where children can learn about Jesus' wonderful love for them. We also come alongside parents as they teach and train their children to live out God’s truths in their lives. We welcome your children to experience the love of Jesus through the loving servants in our CBS Children's Ministry. ~NextGen Children ministry 2-6 years old.

Ethnos

If you’re learning to speak English as a second language, then this specialized CBS group – Ethnos – might be just perfect for you! Our cities, neighborhoods, schools and communities are multicultural, and it’s our desire to bring the life-transforming benefits of an in-depth Bible study to people whose first language is not English. We offer a Vietnamese ESL and a Multi-language ESL group.
